For over 30 years, fair goers have enjoyed many of Milton's well-known foods such as smoked, fall-off-the-bone turkey legs, hot and fresh funnel cakes, our signature fresh lemonade, crispy twisted tators, and our irresistible sweet potato pie. Our deep-fried chefs, Milton and Gracie, have also been contenders in the Big Tex Choice Awards with innovative creations such as deep-fried yam on a stick, deep-fried froot loops and la bluebonnet, a refreshing citrus-based drink. Milton and Gracie have also served as public school teachers as they worked their way through the food industry chain and continue to invent new treats and eats for
fairgoers of all ages.
